Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling platforms.
• Knowledge of mall coordination, marketing mileage tracking, or event support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partnerships & Mall Mileage: coordinate with mall marketing teams and track visibility secured.
• Influencer Management: identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with brand objectives.
• Marketing Campaign Execution: assist planning, production, and implementation across digital and in-store platforms.
• Social Media Analytics & Support: review reports and propose optimizations based on data.
• Promotions & Launches: plan promotions and coordinate with Sales, E-commerce, and Merchandising.
• Admin & Reporting: maintain marketing calendar and monthly activity reports.
• Content Management: support creation and curation of digital content across platforms.
• Copywriting & Brand-Initiated Events: craft on-brand copy and support brand-led events.
