Job summary

Worldwide Group of Companies is seeking a Marketing Officer in the Philippines to implement marketing initiatives, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships across retail, project, and consignment channels.

The role focuses on lead generation, campaign execution, market research, and collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, and Operations to drive growth. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, account management, or sales.
• Experience in market penetration, business development, retail marketing, or B2B sales is highly preferred.
• Experience in retail, home improvement, construction materials, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and brand presence.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate untapped markets and expand the customer base.
• Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions in coordination with the Marketing Head.
• Coordinate with Store Operations and Merchandising for in-store promotions.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibits, and community events to promote products and services.
• Monitor and improve the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Prepare market research reports and updates for Management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Purchasing, Operations, and Customer Service to support growth initiatives.
