Q2 HR Solutions Inc. is seeking a Marketing Officer to plan and implement marketing strategies, promote our products and services, and coordinate campaigns.

The role includes managing social media, digital marketing, market research, and brand development to drive business objectives. The ideal candidate has a marketing or related degree and 3–5 years of experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and social platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media marketing platforms.
• Creative, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop promotional concepts, secure budget approval, collaborate with ad agencies to create and review materials, ensure correct ad placement, and maintain relationships with media agencies.
• Plan a year-round events calendar, develop promotional materials, market events in advance, coordinate with departments and tenants, assign tasks, and analyze event success through consumer feedback, costs, and foot traffic.
• Install advertising signage strategically to boost revenue, manage the company's website to reflect the brand and engage visitors, develop and maintain promotional materials aligned with brand standards, and handle public relations and corporate communications.
• Review and recommend design concepts, oversee display setup, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Liaise with Pawnshop Branches tenants and partners to promote marketing initiatives, coordinate co-promotions, manage communications, and participate in relevant meetings to support marketing events.
• Conduct market research on competitors and consumer trends to develop effective marketing strategies, evaluate current strategies based on objectives and market factors, and recommend improvements.
