• Sales Target & Integrity of Sales Cycle: Sales, conversion; Phone Cycle; Ocular Inspection; E-mail, Proposals, Contracts; Receiving of payments and proper issuing of receipts; Proper filing of documents (Actual Event Folder and Drive T); Customer Feedback; Time Motion Study for customer experience
• Sales Manual & Brand Identity: Attendance; Uniform; Demeanor (towards clients, colleagues, suppliers)
• Colleague Relations: Maintains a good professional relationship with colleagues; Works harmoniously with other departments
• Product Development: Shares client feedback on products with Events Manager; Competition Check on other establishments
• Event Service Provider Relations: Helps Events Manager to Maintain Relationships with Caterers
• Guest Satisfaction: Guest Complaints
