Job summary

PM Consulting in Cebu is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead integrated campaigns across retail and digital channels, driving brand awareness and sales growth. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and brings 4–6 years of experience in consumer electronics, gaming, or FMCG environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 4–6 years of marketing experience in retail, consumer electronics, technology, gaming, lifestyle, or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, social media, campaign planning, and retail promotions.
• Experience in paid advertising, e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, digital analytics, and marketing performance reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, creative, and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to enhance brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and drive sales growth across retail and digital channels.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, paid advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee the creation of marketing content, creative materials, product launches, and brand communications while maintaining brand consistency.
• Plan and implement retail marketing activities, including in-store promotions, branch campaigns, mall events, and brand activations in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, store traffic, and sales results, and provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
