The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand strategies that strengthen the company’s market presence and enhance customer loyalty. This role ensures that all concept stores under the brand consistently deliver a unified image, message, and customer experience while driving sales growth and profitability.
Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company’s vision, mission, and overall business goals.
- Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all restaurants, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints.
Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and events to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Manage digital presence (social media, website, online listings) to maintain strong customer engagement and brand image.
Customer Experience & Insights
- Work closely with operations to ensure the brand promise is consistently delivered in-store.
- Analyze customer feedback, market research, and dining trends to inform branding and product development.
- Develop loyalty and retention programs that strengthen customer relationships.
Product & Menu Development
- Partner with culinary and operations teams to innovate and improve product offerings while maintaining brand identity.
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking on menu, pricing, and positioning.
- Support the introduction of new products, ensuring alignment with brand direction and customer expectations.
Business & Financial Management
- Monitor and analyze brand-related KPIs (sales performance, customer satisfaction, ROI of campaigns).
- Prepare budgets for brand marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Contribute to achieving revenue growth and profitability targets.
Team & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with operations, training, and HR to ensure staff understand and deliver the brand’s standards.
- Provide brand training, tools, and communication to restaurant teams.
- Foster strong relationships with franchisees (if applicable) to ensure brand compliance.
