Job summary

Descorp Inc. seeks a Brand & Innovations Lead to identify, develop, and drive brand, product and commercial opportunities for portfolio growth.

The role blends brand strategy, consumer insights, innovation and commercial thinking to translate ideas into viable products, launches and growth initiatives. Responsibilities

Lead brand strategy and portfolio development aligned with Descorp's objectives.
Identify trends and opportunities to grow the brand and categories.
Oversee innovation and new product development from concept to launch.
Coordinate with Product Development, Sourcing, Regulatory, Creative, Trade Marketing and E‑Commerce teams.
Manage the innovation pipeline, timelines and project deliverables.
Present concepts and business cases to senior management and stakeholders.
