Job summary

My Happy Concept Group in the Philippines seeks a Marketing Operations and Business Development specialist to oversee marketing across all brands, coordinating with the Brand Manager to align campaigns and strategies.

You will conduct market research, lead in developing new brands, assist with content calendars and social media expansion, and support the Tsokolateria franchise program and employee livelihood projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing operations across all brands and concepts.
• Work with the Brand Manager to align marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Assist in managing BAR REDERO’s marketing and research functions.
• Provide operational support during peak hours as part of the Focus Team.
• Conduct market, competitor, consumer, and industry research.
• Lead research and development of new projects, brands, and business concepts.
• Assist in developing and presenting new brand and concept opportunities.
• Support the My Happy Home Head in marketing plans and initiatives.
• Lead and support the expansion of the Owner’s social media presence.
• Assist in preparing content calendars, shoot plans, captions, and creative briefs.
• Edit and review marketing materials, presentations, menus, proposals, and social media content.
• Monitor project progress and follow up with concerned personnel for timely completion.
