Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Marketing professional to develop and implement plans for dermocosmetic/medical aesthetic brands. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, and Principal to translate strategy into actionable campaigns and budgets.

You will lead brand positioning, launches, and digital marketing initiatives, conduct market research, and monitor KPIs to drive ROI and growth across the Philippine market.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Marketing work experience in FMCG or Dermocosmetic/Medical Aesthetic marketing.
• Experience in acquiring new customers/patients is an advantage.
• English communication skills to produce detailed and well-structured texts.
• Experience in creating and monitoring Marketing Budgets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, and Principal of Meso.
• Translate annual strategy quarterly marketing calendars in support of the overall brand goals.
• Develops and acts as the lead for marketing plans, including brand positioning, launches, campaigns, and digital marketing plans.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable solutions to ensure metrics are on track.
• Collaborate with Sales to translate marketing plans into field activities and provide field support.
• Develop, curate, and maintain the Sales Enablement Toolkit for the sales team.
• Monitors marketing performance metrics and provides regular reports to senior leadership on campaign effectiveness, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
