Job summary

adidas Group in Manila is seeking a Sales Associate to inspire customer loyalty, serve shoppers, and help achieve store targets. You will be a Brand Ambassador, using product knowledge to enhance sales and uphold the Brand Attitude and Values.

Maintain Visual Merchandising standards, process transactions accurately, replenish stock, and collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 months experience in sports/fashion retail.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets and own them by using store resources.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet customer expectations.
• Act as Brand Ambassador, showing Brand Attitude and Values.
• Use seasonal brand and product knowledge during sales interactions.
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly to address customer needs.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Execute Visual Merchandising and in-store communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish fixtures to show full product range.
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform store operations safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members.
• Complete training programs and apply learning on the job.
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to improve performance.
