Qualifications

• Familiarity with brand experience, PR events, and creator partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of brand-led events, activations, and PR/media events.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, production teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare event timelines, production checklists, run-of-show documents, and logistics trackers.
• Manage permits, ingress/egress, booth setup, branding materials, and onsite coordination.
• Collaborate with PR, social media, creator partnerships, and legal/compliance to ensure alignment.
• Ensure materials comply with brand guidelines and approval processes.
• Supervise onsite execution and troubleshoot issues during activations.
• Track event expenses and vendor deliverables; prepare post-event reports.
