Job summary

Shin Media Inc. is seeking a proactive Event Planning & Execution Specialist to manage brand activations, promotions, exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, and corporate events across Cebu and the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 1 year hands-on event planning and execution experience.
• Experience independently managing events from planning to on-site execution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand activations, promotions, exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, and corporate events.
• Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, checklists, and execution plans.
• Source vendors, request and compare quotations, negotiate rates, and manage supplier relationships.
• Coordinate venues, equipment, materials, staffing, transportation, catering, and other logistics.
• Manage on-site setup, event flow, vendors, staff, guests, and stakeholders.
• Resolve unexpected issues quickly and ensure smooth event execution.
• Track budgets, expenses, purchasing, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare post-event reports, organize event records, and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain a database of reliable local vendors and suppliers.
