Responsibilities include coordinating brand initiatives, expanding revenue opportunities, collaborating with partners, and ensuring high-quality content across platforms within a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years work experience in media, publishing, or digital content.
• Knowledge of content creation, editorial standards, and digital publishing.
• Knowledge of revenue generation including advertising, subscriptions, partnerships.
• Knowledge of audience development, engagement strategies, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee brand and marketing management for the Esquire Philippines brand.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic vision and goals.
• Grow and engage audiences across web, mobile, social, and emerging channels.
• Develop and implement revenue generation strategies including ads, subscriptions, and partnerships.
• Contribute to definition and execution of a comprehensive content strategy.
• Assist in budgeting for content production, marketing, and revenue initiatives.
• Engage with advertisers, content partners, and industry groups.
• Identify and mitigate risks to brand reputation and financial health.
