Job summary

Rio Rebel Group is seeking a creative content producer in the Philippines to generate and edit brand content across product categories. You will plan the social media grid, manage post scheduling, and cover events to keep the brand visually cohesive and engaging.

The role requires handling comments, crafting captions, organizing assets, and maintaining equipment inventory while contributing to campaign brainstorms and brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Generate and produce all brand content and assets by shooting high-quality videos and taking brand-aligned photos for all product categories.
• Edit raw footage and photos into polished marketing assets (Static, Reels, Ads) that meet the specific aesthetic needs of the brand.
• Map out and plot the social media feed to ensure a visually cohesive grid and a strategic mix of content types.
• Handle uploads and scheduling of all posts across platforms, ensuring 100% adherence to the brand calendar.
• Handle social media postings and real-time content coverage for brand events and activations.
• Manage all social media interactions, including but not limited to responding to comments, shares, tags, and stories to drive brand loyalty.
• Create engaging captions for all assigned postings that reflect the unique voice and personality of the brand.
• Maintain a clean and organized digital filing system for all raw footage, project files, and final exported assets.
• Manage the care and inventory of all studio equipment, including cameras, studio lights, microphones, and other accessories.
• Contribute to marketing research and participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, sales, and promotions.
• Review all final assets to ensure they meet lighting, color grading, and quality standards before submission for approval.
