Job summary

Rio Rebel Group in Cavite seeks a Multimedia Designer to develop high-quality visuals across video, graphics, images, and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency with marketing goals.

You will plan, film, and edit videos, design brochures and social assets, capture and edit images, and manage digital assets while collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in multimedia design or related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro etc.
• Has experience with video editing and motion graphics software.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Passion for design and a desire to create innovative and impactful work.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity.
• Willing to work in Cavite
• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design visually engaging multimedia content that aligns with current design trends and brand standards in the beauty and lifestyle industry.
• Plan, film, and edit video content including product features, tutorials, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes footage, incorporating audio and visual elements effectively while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of outputs.
• Design a range of marketing materials such as brochures, social media assets, platform banners, e-commerce listing assets, and email templates, maintaining a consistent and high-quality visual standard across all outputs.
• Capture and edit high-quality images for use in marketing materials and online platforms while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of outputs.
• Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring they are properly tagged, stored, and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, manage deadlines, and ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Ensure that all visual outputs align with strategic campaign goals and consistently reinforce the company’s brand identity.
• Maintain and continuously develop expertise in multimedia tools and software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related platforms.
