Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking a creative content producer in the Philippines to lead video editing, graphic design, and social media management across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You will create reels, stories, carousels, and promotional assets while ensuring a premium visual identity.

You'll adapt content for restaurant & bar marketing, events, and corporate audiences, collaborate on EDMs, and drive campaigns with timely, engaging material. Remote collaboration with a growing BPO team is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to edit videos in CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Strong graphic design using Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok performance metrics.
• Experience producing EDMs and marketing assets for campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit reels, TikToks, stories, and static posts.
• Adapt content for consumer marketing, events, and corporate audiences.
• Design social content, EDMs, event collateral, and promotional materials.
• Maintain a consistent, premium visual identity across platforms.
• Manage publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business.
• Monitor comments and messages to maintain brand tone.
• Stay aware of trends and propose creative ideas.
• Support performance by tracking engagement metrics.
