Job summary

XR&J Fitness Corp in Davao City, Philippines, is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to promote Anytime Fitness memberships and Personal Training services. You will generate leads through community outreach, build relationships with members, and support marketing events.

Strong communication and a customer-focused attitude are essential for meeting monthly targets. Experience in fitness or BPO is a plus; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience is an advantage.
• Background in fitness or BPO is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
