Job summary

The Brand Admin will track sales performance, assist in training and product knowledge, and help implement brand campaigns and promotions. A bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Admin is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in brand administration, sales support, or marketing, preferably in automotive.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and administrative procedures in automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all brand-related inquiries and administrative tasks.
• Maintain brand integrity by ensuring communications and materials align with brand standards.
• Monitor and manage brand inventory levels and stock orders.
• Assist in tracking brand sales performance and reporting progress against targets.
• Support the sales team with training, product knowledge, and closing brand-related sales.
• Help create and implement brand-specific marketing campaigns, online promotions, events, and in-store displays.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing to promote the brand and increase sales.
• Handle customer inquiries about brand products, pricing, and promotions.
• Escalate and communicate customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
