Job summary

HBH & HND FOOD CORP is seeking a Brand Activation & Influencer Executive in the Philippines to plan and execute brand activations, influencer partnerships, and promotional initiatives that boost brand awareness and sales. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in brand activation, influencer marketing, events or related roles.
• Experience handling influencers, KOLs, or content creators is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand activations, events, mall activities, store promotions.
• Develop activation concepts that increase engagement and visibility.
• Coordinate with stores, suppliers, agencies, malls, and external partners.
• Ensure activations meet timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor events on-ground and prepare post-activation reports.
• Identify and manage influencer campaigns from briefing through posting.
• Negotiate campaign terms within budgets.
• Track influencer performance: reach, engagement, views, clicks, conversions.
• Maintain an updated influencer database.
• Coordinate with creative/marketing teams for assets.
• Ensure influencer content matches brand tone and messaging.
• Monitor social posts and campaign activities.
• Suggest new formats, trends and activation ideas.
• Coordinate with malls, communities, and media partners.
• Organise product launches, store openings, and events.
• Source suppliers and promotional requirements.
• Ensure proper permits when necessary.
• Monitor budgets and process payments.
