Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or related work.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Excellent photography and videography skills; strong editing and graphic design abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create engaging photos, videos, reels, stories, and graphics for posts.
• Write captions, headlines, scripts, and other social copy.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content; coordinate shoots for store events and promos.
• Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions; escalate issues when needed.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms to optimize content.
