Job summary

You will search for prospects, contact them via calls, chat, email and social media, present collaboration opportunities, coordinate with the BD Manager, and work toward meeting targets while maintaining partnerships.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Confident and friendly when communicating with people.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and goal-oriented.
• Willing to make calls, send messages, and conduct follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok, social media, KOC/influencer marketing, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and applicants without experience may be considered, depending on their qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential KOCs, influencers, clients, and business partners.
• Contact potential partners through calls, chat, email, and social media
• Introduce the company and available collaboration opportunities
• Recruit and coordinate with KOCs and influencers
• Follow up with potential partners and leads
• Discuss basic rates, commissions, and collaboration terms
• Monitor the status and results of assigned leads
• Update records and prepare simple daily/weekly reports
• Meet assigned targets and quotas
• Maintain good relationships with existing partners
• Coordinate with the BD Manager
