NORTH TREND MARKETING CORPORATION in Metro Manila is seeking an Events Marketing Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, brand activations, sponsorships, and promotional activities.

You will liaise with organizers, suppliers, and internal teams; manage logistics, budgets, materials, giveaways, and product displays; and ensure consistent brand representation and strong consumer engagement at every event.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in event management, brand activation, or trade marketing.
• Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends or holidays when required for events.
• Driving a 4-wheel vehicle is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute events, exhibitions, trade shows, sponsorships, and brand activation activities.
• Coordinate with event organizers, suppliers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Prepare event proposals, budgets, purchase requests, and other required documentation.
• Manage event logistics, manpower, promotional materials, giveaways, and product displays.
• Ensure consistent brand representation and effective consumer engagement during events.
• Monitor event expenses, supplier deliverables, and compliance with approved budgets.
• Prepare event documentation, performance reports, and post-event evaluations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and other Marketing teams to support brand and business objectives.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
