Dahua Technology HK Limited in Manila is seeking an experienced Events Specialist to plan and execute offline marketing activities, manage end-to-end event prep, and coordinate with sales and product teams to enhance business outcomes. Plan, organize, and execute offline marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, product launches, customer events, partner events, trainings, and corporate activities.
Manage end-to-end event preparation, including venue sourcing, suppliers, booth setup, event materials, logistics, manpower, and on-site coordination.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and other internal teams to ensure events support business and marketing objectives.
Work with external suppliers, agencies, venues, and partners and ensure timely delivery of event requirements.
Develop event concepts, themes, programs, promotional materials, and engagement activities.
Support the production and distribution of marketing collaterals, giveaways, displays, and branding materials.
Manage event budgets, quotations, purchase requirements, and expense monitoring.
Provide on-site support and ensure smooth event execution from setup to completion.
Document events through photos, videos, attendance records, and activity reports.
Evaluate event performance, customer engagement, leads generated, and overall effectiveness.
Monitor competitor events and industry activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, Events Management, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in events, brand activation, field marketing, trade marketing, or a related marketing role.
Hands‑on experience organizing corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows, or customer activities.
Strong event planning, supplier coordination, and project management skills.
Creative and able to develop engaging event concepts and activities.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Organized and able to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva or basic design tools is an advantage.
Willing to work on-site, travel, and support events outside regular working hours when required.
