This role drives planning, coordination with talent and suppliers, and end-to-end event execution. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in events, strong communication and presentation skills, and a proven ability to manage budgets and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Events, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts or Business.
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• More than 2 years in related field.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsabilités

• Leads and executes BTL Projects, production of events, activations, and brand promotions through planning, implementation, and control.
• Overall Project Management, Talent & Supplier Coordination & Budgeting
• Conducts pre-production planning and logistics preparation, event proper execution, and post-project servicing
