Job summary

United Steel Technology (STEELTECH) Int'l Corporation in Camarines Sur is seeking a qualified Team Leader to oversee in-plant operations. The role emphasizes leading daily production, enforcing company rules, and driving safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates hold a four-year degree with 2–3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or fast food, basic machine troubleshooting, and willingness to work at Brgy. Palestina Pili.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• 2–3 years experience as team leader or supervisor in-plant operations, fast food, manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge in basic troubleshoot of machine.
• Planning/Organizing skills and goal oriented.
• Preferably owns a motorcycle.
• Willing to assign Brgy. Palestina Pili Camarines Sur.

Responsibilities

• Implementing company rules and regulations, work instructions and other management plan/objectives.
• Managing the day to day activities of the Plant Operations.
• Motivating the team to achieve daily production plan and organizational goals.
• Conducting training of team members and new employees to maximize potential.
• Conduct Inventory process for materials, supplies, spareparts.
• Lead dispatch and production process.
• Create improvements plans about plant operations.
• Maintain plant free of any hazard in the areas and implement all safety measures.
