Job summary

Ultra Dynamic Steel Service Center Corporation is seeking a maintenance supervisor in Cavite. You will lead the plant maintenance team, implement preventive maintenance, and drive machine improvements while hands-on troubleshooting and supporting other plants in the area.

The role requires engineering or related technical degree, 2+ years in maintenance, and ability to generate reports with strong supervision and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate in engineering or related technical course.
• At least 2 years experience as maintenance personnel.
• Knowledge in maintenance activities including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Directly reporting to Assistant/Senior Supervisor.
• Lead the plant maintenance team.
• Disseminate instructions from up line to downline.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate in any engineering or related technical course to maintenance

• Atleast 2 years working experience as maintenance personnel,

• With knowledge in maintenance activities such as but not to troubleshooting and PM.

• With experience in handling maintenance personnel,

• Can work with minimum Supervision,

• Computer literate, able to genrate reports.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Purok 4 Brgy. Conchu Lagundian, Trece Martires, Cavite.

Job Summary:

• Directly reporting to Asst. Supervisor and/or Sr. Supervisor,

• Lead the maintenance team of the Plant,

• Disseminates instruction coming from up line to downline,

• Initiate maintenance activities including, but not limited to preventive maintenance and machine improvements,

• Hands on troubleshooting and PM activities.

• Generates machine improvement.

• Provide remote or personal support during troubleshooting on other Plant in the area,

• Recommend other maintenance activities for the Plant,

• Provide production and dispatch support.
