Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Branch Sales Executive/Team Lead in the Philippines (Laguna) to drive sales and oversee branch operations.

You will manage sales, marketing and daily operations, striving to meet and surpass quarterly targets and motivate staff to excel in customer service and presentation of products. The role requires strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills, with a background in Retail Sales an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of working experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Experience in Furnitures/Gadgets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handles all sales, marketing and operation activities of the branch
• Ensures achievement of sales target for the assigned branch
• Motivates and leads branch personnel in the achievement of sales target
