Job summary

Security Bank in Cebu-Mactan Branch is seeking a Branch Sales Officer to drive sales and manage banking needs for the Central Visayas area. You will execute sales plans, address client requirements with the Bank’s products, and support branch goals.

The role involves visiting clients, promoting products, performing needs analysis, and ensuring proper documentation while meeting targets and maintaining compliance. 1–2 years in banking sales and a relevant bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in banking.
• Bachelor's degree in business studies/management/commerce/economics/finance.
• Knowledge of cross-selling and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong client relationships through regular visits and financial reviews.
• Promotes and sells banking products and services (savings accounts, cards, loans).
• Conducts needs analysis and collects documents for account openings and loan applications.
• Meets or exceeds sales targets and monitors MIS reports.
• Adheres to policies to avoid sanctions and reputational risk.
