Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor branch performance for improvements and threats to operations.
• Distribute loan quotas for main branch offices and monitor accomplishments.
• Distribute new member recruitment targets and monitor accomplishment.
• Prepare operations advisories for implementation at branch offices.
• Prepare studies related to operational improvements.
• Monitor loans production across branches and distribution channels; provide analysis.
• Prepare management reports for presentation to Board Committees.
• Coordinate with business units to gather data for analysis.
• Facilitate TOSRI Loan applications of managers and officers up to Board approval.
