HSBC Philippines is seeking a skilled Branch Operations Officer to support daily cash and back-office activities at the Makati branch. The role focuses on accurate cash handling, voucher validation, and adherence to posted limits, while ensuring timely processing and reporting across EasyPay, ATM, and branch systems.

The successful candidate will also assist with front-line support, process balancing, and compliance with bank policies.

Competenze

• Understanding of WPB products and services.
• Knowledgeable on HUB / MWS / Evolve / Aperta / eDST and other branch systems.
• Should attend the ff courses: signature verification, counterfeit detection (PHP and FCY).
• Should be aware of foreign exchange and related regulations.
• Knowledge and application of branch processes and guidelines.

• Cash Operations: Handle branch cash requirements and operations; validate vouchers posted by branch staff; approve transactions within limits; perform daily balancing and safekeeping of security items; evaluate payment requests and forward for processing; process daily clearing items; manage branch reports; ensure EasyPay machine deposit and posting; monitor ATM/MFM balancing and machine availability; support month-end close activities.
