The role requires strong leadership, client management, and collaboration with management across departments to optimize operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in branch operations or sales leadership roles.
• Experience in B2B sales, office equipment, or technology products is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure activities align with company policies.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and monitor branch personnel including admin, sales, and technical staff.
• Develop and execute branch sales plans to achieve revenue and performance targets.
• Identify potential customers and opportunities for printers, copiers, and office solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor sales pipelines, quotations, orders, and collections support.
