Job summary

iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, sales and service delivery at the Iloilo City branch. You will guide a team across administrative, sales and technical roles, aiming to grow revenue and maintain service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership and B2B sales experience, with a focus on building client relationships and delivering on KPIs. Travel to client sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in branch operations, sales supervision or related leadership role.
• Experience in B2B sales, office equipment, printing solutions or tech products is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Good understanding of sales targets, branch operations and business reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure activities align with policies and standards.
• Lead, supervise, coach and monitor branch personnel across departments.
• Develop and execute branch sales plans to hit revenue and performance targets.
• Identify potential customers for printers, copiers, office equipment and related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and partners.
