Job summary

Executive Optical, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Aparri Cagayan Branch. You will oversee branch productivity and daily operations, aiming to increase sales and profitability while maintaining service standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's or Associate degree and at least 5 years of Store Manager experience in retail or food sectors. The successful candidate will start ASAP and be willing to work at the Aparri location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree required.
• 5+ years Store Manager experience in retail or food industry.
• Able to start ASAP.
• Willing to be assigned at Aparri Cagayan Branch.

Job description

Oversees the productivity of the branch and manages its day-to-day operations such as increasing sales and profitability, the efficiency of branch employees, employing excellent customer service, securing branch inventories/stocks, and ensuring its accuracy and developing competencies of branch employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course & Associate degree
• With more than 5 years Store Manager experience in retail or food industry.
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to be assigned in our Aparri Cagayan Branch
