LogiCore Express is looking for a Branch Manager to lead the Davao City branch, overseeing daily operations, logistics, sales, and customer service while ensuring targets are met and service quality remains high.

You will drive business growth, manage revenue and expenses, and coordinate with Head Office. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a willingness to work on-site with travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of branch management/operations/logistics or related experience.
• Experience in logistics, freight, transportation, or courier services preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
