Job summary

Technolux Equipment & Supply Corporation is seeking a Branch Manager for Cebu-based operations. You will direct production, distribution, and marketing within the branch, working with customers and partners to expand services and markets.

The role requires extensive sales management experience, strategic planning, and excellent negotiation and Excel skills. The position offers competitive pay plus commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
• With at least five (5) years experience as a Sales Manager.
• With at least ten (10) year's experience as a Manager.
• Preferable with sales experience in water filtration, kitchen equipment or laundry machine.
• Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, and air-conditioning.
• With experience in after-sales service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management.
• With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal oriented, good strategic planning, and organizing skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to promote improved services.
• Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
• Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies inventory control programs to maintain profitability.
• Reviews operations of competing organizations and plans and directs sales program to develop new markets.
• Directs preparation of accounting records.
• Recommends budget to management.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned.

Directs production, distribution, and marketing operations for branch plant, or assigned territory of industrial organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• With at least five (5) years experience as a Sales Manager

• Reviews operations of competing organizations and plans and directs sales program to develop new markets
• Directs preparation of accounting records
• Recommends budget to management
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
