Job summary

BDO Unibank's BDO Network Bank is seeking a Branch Head to lead the branch's profitability, marketing, operations and administration, while cultivating long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

The role oversees over-the-counter and ATM servicing, drives branch performance, and ensures compliance with bank policies across the covered area, including Bauko, Mt Province.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder required.
• At least 5 years of experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Excellent managerial skills required.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Willing to relocate/move within the covered area: Bauko, Mt Province.

Job Summary

The Branch Head is responsible in the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, and developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services, and other bank products and profitability targets
• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies
• Amenable with movement within the covered area: Bauko, Mt Province
