Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking a Branch Sales Manager in the Philippines to drive the branch as the main distribution channel for bank products and services. You will grow existing client relationships and implement programs to attract new customers, while mentoring the sales team and ensuring service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of banking products and regulations, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a bank environment.

Responsibilities

• Make the branch the main distribution channel by selling bank products and services.

• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them
• Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customers' share of wallet
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team
• Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships
• Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank
• Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards

What we're looking for

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role within the banking industry
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering lasting customer relationships.
