SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for San Fernando, La Union to lead sales, operations and customer experience at the dealership.

You will drive monthly targets, coach the sales team, and ensure showroom readiness while maintaining strict administrative discipline. The role also covers coordination with regional operations, after-sales handoffs, and a focus on customer retention through effective service processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in dealership, automotive, retail leadership or sales management.
• Proven sales leadership and operations management background.
• Strong communication, people management, customer handling, and reporting discipline.
• Must be willing to manage the Bauang showroom as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage and coach the sales team to follow the complete funnel discipline (lead → test drive → reservation → release).
• Ensure CRM accuracy, proper follow-up, and pipeline tracking.
• Support local marketing initiatives including mall displays, partnerships, test drive campaigns, and fleet development.
• Ensure full showroom readiness and oversee branch reporting, petty cash, documentation, and compliance.
• Coordinate with regional operations for unit hauling, stock allocation, and release timelines.
• Lead customer handling standards from inquiry to delivery and manage escalations.
• Oversee after-sales handoff and align with warranty and service standards.
