About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our Tarlac Central Luzon location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in driving the branch's commercial success, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, from staff performance and financial management to customer relations and inventory control. This position reports directly to senior management and is integral to achieving the company's regional objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and financial objectives, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant retail regulations and standards

• Sound financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cash handling, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges
• Knowledge of retail inventory management and visual merchandising best practices
• Flexible approach to work and the ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
