The Branch Manager will oversee the operations of ADAMCO’s VV Soliven branch, ensuring smooth business processes, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales and operational targets. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance day-to-day branch management with strategic initiatives that support ADAMCO’s mission of advancing Philippine agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations Management

• Supervise daily operations, including sales, service, and administrative functions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

• Sales & Business Development

• Drive branch sales performance by promoting ADAMCO’s agricultural machinery and solutions.

• Build strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and agribusiness partners.

• Identify opportunities to expand market presence in the region.

• Customer Service Excellence

• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support effectively.

• Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.

• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial requirements.

• Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field.
