About the role

We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our growing Westfair Marketing, Inc. team. This is a full-time role based in Eastwood Mall Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As our Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and lead a team of store associates to achieve sales targets and key performance metrics
2. Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient stock control
3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive brand experience
4. Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency
5. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
6. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
7. Collaborate with the regional management team to drive growth and profitability

What we're looking for
