Private Advertiser is seeking an engineering professional to oversee maintenance across multiple branch facilities. You will manage preventive and reactive maintenance, coordinate contractors, ensure safety compliance, and monitor budgets and records.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in facilities management or multi-branch operations, with strong knowledge of building systems and Excel. Travel to branches is required; the role is full-time and branch-based.

Oversee the preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of branch facilities, equipment, utilities, and building systems.
Conduct regular branch inspections to ensure facilities, equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems are operating safely and efficiently.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and ensure operational continuity.
Coordinate and supervise contractors, technicians, and service providers for repairs, installations, renovations, and maintenance activities.
Ensure all engineering and maintenance activities comply with occupational health and safety standards and company policies.
Identify facility and equipment-related risks and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
Monitor and manage maintenance schedules, service contracts, repair costs, materials, and other engineering-related expenses.
Coordinate with branch operations and other departments to promptly address technical, facility, and maintenance concerns.
Assist in branch renovations, openings, relocations, and improvement projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, inspections, repairs, and service reports.
Coordinate with environmental and waste management service providers and ensure proper handling and disposal of waste in accordance with applicable regulations.
Recommend improvements that enhance branch safety, operational efficiency, facility reliability, and customer experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in engineering, facilities management, maintenance, property management, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or other multi-branch operations.
Experience managing maintenance and engineering requirements across multiple branches or commercial establishments is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment maintenance, and general facility management.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety, environmental regulations, and building compliance requirements.
Experience in managing contractors, suppliers, technicians, and external service providers.
Strong project management, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Willingness to travel to different branches as required.
