Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking a Branch Head to provide strategic direction and hands-on management to achieve business goals. You’ll lead a committed team focused on service excellence, operational integrity, and sustainable growth while upholding compliance and customer satisfaction.

You will translate corporate strategies into actionable branch plans, drive sales and deepen customer relationships, and ensure branch operations meet regulatory standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven leadership in branch operations, sales, and marketing of banking products and services.
• Strong command of branch operations, policies, audit systems, and BSP/other regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strategic mindset with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
