Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in banking or equivalent role.
• Strong leadership with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Make the branch the main distribution channel by selling products and services.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services.
• Implement marketing programs to promote products, acquire new customers, and increase share of wallet.
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team.
• Approve transactions and oversee service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Perform governance and risk management per bank policies.
• Uphold service standards using EastWest Service Pillars.
