Job summary

Wisefund Finance Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a Branch Supervisor to oversee branches and subordinates, ensuring timely completion of responsibilities and growth across locations such as Ermita, Imus, Valenzuela, Malolos, and San Pedro.

You will conduct daily operation assessments, monitor production, and help strengthen partnerships with loan consultants and marketing networks while ensuring accurate loan document reviews and credit approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management, or Marketing.
• 1–2 years in Finance or Sales; at least 1 year in supervisory role.
• Basic credit knowledge.
• Strategic thinker; able to think out of the box.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees the branch and subordinates to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
• Conducts daily operation assessments to ensure the growth of the branch.
• Monitors daily production and release of the branch and provides updates on the branch operations status.
• Plans, creates, and implements programs/processes for branch employees and clients actively participates in them.
• Maintains business partnerships between the company and its business partners such as loan consultants and the other marketing organizations.
• Conducts final checking and review of loan application, Credit Approval Memorandum and loan documents.
