Job summary

You will ensure efficient completion of duties and maintain excellent client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting daily operational assessments, managing production and releases, implementing sales plans, and reporting branch performance to leadership, while addressing client concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in branch operations with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Marketing knowledge and product/industry awareness is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations and lead a team of sales associates to ensure duties are completed.
• Conduct daily operational assessments to drive branch growth and efficiency.
• Oversee daily production and releases, with regular status updates to leadership.
• Maintain strong client and employee engagement to ensure high-quality service.
• Implement sales strategies and action plans aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to the Immediate Superior.
• Handle client complaints or concerns escalated by staff with timely resolutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
