• Conduct cross-selling of bank products and services (loans, credit cards, etc.).
• Maintain high retention through good service and multi-product uptake.
• Interview walk-in depositors and ensure proper customer acceptance procedures and documentation.
• Participate in daily huddles, weekly sales dialogues, and monthly branch meetings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by branch leadership.
