Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking a Branch Delivery Administrator to oversee the smooth operation of the branch delivery system, deliver platform services, and handle account opening and in-house sales. The role emphasizes CX experience and acts as the CAO of the branch.

You will build client relationships, manage daily transactions and cash operations, address service requests, and guide Junior Ambassadors to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in banking operations, branch servicing, or sales.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of cash management, branch controls, and compliance standards.
• Leadership and team management experience is an advantage.
