Job summary

Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc. in Laguna's Santa Rosa area is seeking a Branch Experience Ambassador to be the warm, energetic face that turns visits into great experiences. You’ll be the branch’s first touchpoint, blending customer experience with brand ambassador duties.

You will demo the Salmon app, guide self-service tools, manage lobby flow, and bring hero feature events to life on the ground, while staying on your feet and engaging with customers throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and warm, approachable communication.
• Comfortable demoing Salmon app features on-site.
• Familiar with kiosk/ATM tech and basic troubleshooting.
• Able to read the room and manage lobby flow.
• Some exposure to event coordination is a plus.
• No banking experience required; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, triage needs, and route to services.
• Guide customers to self-service, kiosks and ATMs.
• Demo Salmon app features on the branch device and assist customers.
• Manage lobby flow and escalate to Branch Manager when needed.
• Bring Hero Feature events to life, coordinating with partners.
• Capture recurring feedback and report patterns to management.
