Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc. in Laguna's Santa Rosa area is seeking a Branch Experience Ambassador to be the warm, energetic face that turns visits into great experiences. You’ll be the branch’s first touchpoint, blending customer experience with brand ambassador duties.
You will demo the Salmon app, guide self-service tools, manage lobby flow, and bring hero feature events to life on the ground, while staying on your feet and engaging with customers throughout the day.
About Salmon
Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc., the banking arm of Salmon Group Ltd., is a technology-driven challenger bank in the Philippines operating under a BSP license. We combine the trust of a licensed institution with the speed and convenience of a modern financial product. Work within regulated financial infrastructure, where product, risk, compliance, operations, technology, and customer experience are closely connected.
We're looking for a Branch Experience Ambassador to be the first human touchpoint in our branch — the warm, energetic face that turns a routine visit into a great experience.
This isn't a traditional bank greeter role. You'll be the branch's primary driver of digital engagement: actively demoing the Salmon app, walking customers through kiosk and self-service tools, and bringing our Hero Feature events to life on the ground. Think of this as equal parts customer experience and brand ambassador.
Welcome & triage — Greet every visitor, understand what they need, and route them to the right place (self-service, Client Manager queue, or cash zone), keeping wait times down.
Guide self-service — Help customers use our QMS kiosks and ATMs confidently, especially first-timers. Flag hardware issues when they come up.
Drive digital adoption — Demo the Salmon app's features (transfers, bill pay, card controls, biometric login) on our branch device, then help customers download, set up, and activate the app on their own phones. This is the single highest-impact thing you'll do in the role.
Manage lobby flow — Keep an eye on real-time traffic, redirect customers to shorter queues or self-service, and flag the Branch Manager/OIC when things start building up.
Bring events to life — Be the on-the-ground face of our Hero Feature activations: setup, guiding visitors, tracking engagement, and coordinating with partners/merchants.
Capture feedback — Note recurring customer pain points or app/kiosk confusion, and report patterns to your Branch Manager.
Strong interpersonal skills — warm, approachable, and genuinely comfortable starting conversations with strangers
Confidence with mobile apps — able to demo any Salmon app feature on the spot (we'll train you, but digital comfort is key)
Basic comfort with kiosk/ATM technology and simple troubleshooting (reboots, paper jams, error codes)
A knack for "reading the room" — sensing when the lobby's getting busy and acting before it becomes a problem
Some exposure to event coordination (setup, guest flow, signage) is a plus
No banking experience required — this role is about experience, not transactions. We welcome fresh graduates.
A background in hospitality, retail, or events is a great fit if paired with comfort around digital tools
This is a branch-based, customer-facing role — you'll be on your feet and interacting with people all day, not behind a teller counter.
Shift coverage includes day and night shifts (no graveyard shift for this role).
You'll have access to a demo device with a training account — no live customer data, no transaction system access. This role is about presence and guidance, not processing.
